BOOT CAMP:  
Fun and Effective interval training designed to blast calories, improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength plus tone and condition your entire body by combining cardio drills and resistance stations using equipment such as steps, walls, tubing and weights. This class allows you to workout at your own pace. No choreography so great for beginners, intermediates and advanced.
BAREFOOT BOOT CAMP: 
A totally new workout that combines yoga flow with boot camp mentality. Improve your endurance, flexibility, core strength and foot strength. If you are ready to change your body, this is the class for you! Take off your shoes and find your sole. For all fitness levels.
BRAND NEW BUTT - STEP: 
An incredible basic step class that gives you the benefit of burning lots of calories while focusing on toning your hips, buns and thighs. We'll use the step to define and shape the muscles of your lower body.
CARDIO & STRENGTH:
This class packs a 1-2 punch! Get 30 minutes of high intensity cardio followed by a total body toning routine to help you get the results you have been looking for.
CARDIO KICK:  
AWESOME! A high intensity class designed to improve strength & stamina by incorporating kickboxing moves & cardio training.
CARDIO BOOT CAMP:  
For Beginners to Advanced!A non-stop, heart pumping, purely aerobic workout for the cardio crazed. Combinations, fitness drills and cardio intervals will be challenging for all fitness levels..
CONDITIONING CHAOS: 
It is exactly how it sounds! An Amazing Workout! Great combo of cardio, strength & drills. Coordination is not required. Great for all fitness levels!
DRE’S DANCE PARTY: 
This high energy dance class will get you moving to the best songs from the 80’s, 90’s & now. Forget sweating to the oldies. Get ready to burn some major calories Dancing with Dre!.
PILATES: 
The workout EVERYONE is talking about... is here! Create longer, stronger and leaner muscles; increase flexibility, flatter abdominals and better posture while having a mind/body positive experience.
PIYO:  
A combination of core strengthening Pilates techniques and the flexibility and strengthening of yoga in this zero impact total body workout will change the way you look at toning your body.
PRESCHOOL PLAY: 
An organized play class just for little ones 3 - 5 years of age. Drop your kids off in the aerobic room for this 45 minute class that will instill a love of fitness in your child. Lots of games & fun!
REP REEBOK: 
Serious strength training. Sculpt & redefine your entire body with this invigorating class.
SCULPT & STRENGTH: 
Strengthen, tone & redefine your entire body with this fun & functional weight training class.
SPIN BOOT CAMP: 
Fun and Effective interval training designed to blast calories, improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength plus tone and condition your entire body by combining spinning drills and resistance stations using equipment such as steps, walls, tubing and weights.
SPINNING:  
Need a little challenge in your workout? Hop on a bike and join us for this low impact, high intensity cardio routine! All levels are welcome. Riding a bike has never been so much fun! Please sign up for a bike at the front desk up to 1 hour in advance. Workout towel and water are required.

STABILITY STRENGTH: 
A full body strengthening class using the stability balls. Works the core muscles to increase stability, improve posture and work all of your muscle in creative ways.
STEP INTERVALS: 
A high energy, athletic, calorie blasting cardio class that integrates choreography with cardiovascular intervals for 60 non-stop minutes of movement.
STEP & STRENGTH: 
Blast calories with this combination class. Using high intensity, low impact movements on the step you will work up a sweat while enjoying step routines with attitude. Finish off with strength training to redefine your body from head to toe.
STRENGTH BOOT CAMP: 
A non-stop weight training that incorporates traditional boot camp exercises like push-ups, dips, moving lunges and functional core exercises to build real, functional strength.
SUPER SCULPT: 
A total body sculpting class using gliding discs, hand weights and stability balls. It's a more functional class with multi-muscle exercises and balance challenges... no cardio.
SUPER TBC (TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING): 
NOW 90 MINUTES!! This class will change the shape of your entire body. Using dumbbells, body bars, resistance tubing, motivating music & energy from MaryBeth to get a great workout. Can’t make it to the club by 5pm? No Sweat! Join us at 5:30pm for a 60minute workout!
TAI QI: 
A Chinese Martial Art that stresses the use of the mind not force. Its quality is in it's stillness and slow movements which integrate mind and body. Participants gain strength, flexibility and vitality through instruction in posstures and breathing methods. Commonly used for injury rehabilitation. Students of all fitness levels are encouraged to join.
TBC (TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING):  
Real results, really fast! This class will change the shape of your entire body. Using dumbbells, body bars, resistance tubing, motivating music and energy from the instructors to get a great workout.
TOTAL STRENGTH: 
Energize your strength training routine with this amazing class. Functional full body strength training has never been more challenging or more fun. Perfect for all fitness levels.
TURBO JAM KICK: 
AWESOME! Calorie-Blasting Kickboxing, Body Sculpting all with the hottest dance music. TurboJam is supercharged so you can see results faster than ever!
YOGA:  
This well balanced and empowering class is designed to create inner balance and a deeper connection to self. Postures, breathing techniques and meditation are incorporated to help you gain strength, flexibility and balance as you bring about clarity and focus to daily life.
ZUMBA:  
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness workout. Zumba is fun... it's the type of exercise you'll want to do everyday and feel good about doing it!
ZUMBA TONING:  
A specialty Zumba class that blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. This class offers the option to add additional weight to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all of your target zones. |
