We stage your goals into short, medium and long term, creating a direct pathway for success. Led by the area’s only NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Master Trainer, Mike Cassidy, the TBT team uses the Wellness, Nutrition and Corrective Strength approach to create a “whole healthy lifestyle”. This program not only changes your physical body but also the way you think about health, wellness and fitness. You no longer have to think of physical fitness as an unreachable goal but an entirely new outlook; weight management, getting healthy and strong is just the beginning.
Learning how to enjoy and maintain your new lifestyle is our core focus. You will not only enjoy the process of achieving your goals but have all the tools needed to maintain your results for a lifetime of health and wellness!
