Bio: ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, retired Syracuse Fire Captain, prior US Army Staff Sergeant. As a professional firefighter, I learned the importance of maintaining good physical health and strength, which promotes better job performance, while minimizing injuries. I am a Certified Personal Trainer that utilizes unique training programs that
are custom designed to help you achieve your individual goals. I hold several certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association. My clients have been very successful in achieving their goals, and with maintaining their personal achievements. I am also certified as a Specialist in Exercise Therapy, enabling myself to help clients prepare for orthopedic surgeries, and to rehabilitate from orthopedic surgeries, as well as other injuries. As an instructor in the Aspen Edge program, I teach small group training classes, utilizing unique lesson plans for the most effective workouts. I am available for early morning Personal Training sessions, which will help you get your day started with a productive workout, before you begin your work, or school day. I have recently been certified as an Elite Trainer.

Bio: In 2016, I weighed 98 pounds and was the definition of unhealthy. I was stuck on an endless yo-yo of strict dieting and binging, all while pushing myself beyond my limits in the gym. I knew it was time to make some positive changes, but I had no idea where to start. Five years later, with proper nutrition, dedication, and hard work, I am healthy and happy. I love the journey I’m on and am so excited to help others find their paths. I am certified by the International Sports Sciences Association as a personal trainer, and will soon be a certified Nutrition coach as well. I love lifting weights & living a healthy lifestyle focusing on realistic and maintainable goals. My passion in life is helping others when it comes to health & fitness, and if youput the work in on your end, I will make sure we meet your specific health goals in a fun & enjoyable way. help others no matter their fitness goals. Graduating college I decided to take it one step further and become a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My number one goal
is to train my clients as effectively and efficiently as possible whether its fat loss, general fitness, sports performance, wanting to put on muscle mass, improving functional movement, etc. I know with my
experience and passion I can help you reach your health and fitness goals.
